Wellbeing Week 2025 (September 13 - 20) is your invitation to explore all 8 pillars of wellbeing – from physical and mental to social and beyond. For 8 days, each pillar takes the spotlight with free access to classes, events, and community experiences.
You’re welcome to bring your partner, friends, family members or colleagues along to share the experience.
Please note: Some classes may fill up quickly. If that happens, we recommend checking another day or event.
Wellbeing Week is an open invitation to explore all aspects of wellbeing — physical, mental, social, spiritual, financial, occupational, environmental, and intellectual. For one week, you can take part in free classes, workshops, and activities designed to help you feel your best. Participation is completely free, and members are welcome to bring a guest.

Everyone is welcome — Urban Sports Club members and non-members alike. Members also have the added benefit of inviting a guest.
No. All activities are completely free, and members do not need to use their check-ins.
The program includes boxing, yoga, pilates, HIT, SUP, Apenkooi, outdoor sessions, and workshops. Wellbeing Week offers a wide variety of options to suit different interests.
You can register through the Wellbeing Week online calendar. To book, you will need to create an Eversports account and manage your reservations in “My Bookings.” Registration is quick and free.
Activities will be conducted in English.
No. Participation is open to everyone. Urban Sports Club members can also invite a guest.
Yes. Class sizes are limited, so we recommend registering as early as possible.
Please show your confirmation email at the reception desk of the studio. In case of an outdoor event, please show your confirmation email to an Urban Sports Club team member, recognizable by the black T-shirt with logo.
If the class is fully booked, you may join the waiting list via the online calendar to be notified if a spot becomes available. Please note that the waiting list is not available through the Urban Sports Club app at this time.
To give someone else the chance to join, please cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class starts. Last-minute change? Cancellation is still possible up to 12 hours before the event.
